Telephone support is a service offered to companies that would like to reach out to employees who have experienced a traumatic event in the workplace. Employees can be contacted by a crisis consultant or are provided with our toll free # to call in an ask to speak with a crisis consultant. Employees are offered up to three telephone support sessions. If more is needed, the company is contacted to discuss "next steps" that the company would like to pursue. Telephone support services offers employees the ability to receive the service from home or work.
