The Envoy Global Retail Manager (Envoy GRM) is built on Microsoft's .Net 3.5 Framework using C# and takes full advantage of the benefits of the .Net environment. Envoy GRM is convenience store software designed to control every aspect of retail operations for convenience store companies with multiple locations. Envoy GRM includes a home office system, designed to run at the corporate head office, or regional branch office and a back office system designed to manage the store. Envoy GRM provides store information to the Envoy central office via thin or thick client environment, or a mix of both client types. Store transactions are consolidated at the head office while changes and control sets from central office update the store data set. Envoy GRM is designed to control every aspect of store operations from a centralized location.
