Motion Technology, Inc was founded in 1991. MTI products are proudly made with American Steel and Labor in Northborough, Massachusetts, our fist machine was a single basket, ventless deep fryer called the FFG-10 and showed the foodservice industry that they didn't need to install costly hoods and vents to expand their menus to include high profit items such as fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and more.

As further commitment to our Ventless Kitchen theme, MTI introduced the Multichef Oven in August, 2006. The Multichef high speed / rapid cook oven cuts cooking time up-to 80%, doing it all without the use of microwaves. The secret to Multichef is MTI's patented Rotary-Air-Impingement technology, which produces a consistent, delicious and healthy alternative for America and the International Market.
